CITI Technologies / Litwin

The CITI Technologies Group's mission is to provide its customers with operational engineering services and to manage all aspects of complex and innovative technology projects, principally in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Litwin, a CITI Technologies Group subsidiary, manages large turn key industrial projects, from designing facilities to acquiring the necessary equipments and new plants start-up. It is in charge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction and therefore delivering high quality within budget and on time!

Jarbeau

Jarbeau, an SME employing 50 people, generates the majority of its business through landscaping and garden maintenance. During the winter months, Jarbeau complements its business by carrying out digging and excavation work. The family-run company was taken over by Olivier Vaillant in 2003 who immediately invested in the roll out of a global management system.

Oliver Vaillant stated "I needed more realistic insight into results figures which in turn determine company profitability. Time is particularly precious for an SME".

The company's original specifications were to combine productivity, quality and transparency for improved analysis. The challenge was to implement a project management system in a family run SME which had only ever kept computer based processing to a minimum and without much success.
